There is a proposed settlement on behalf of persons who obtained loans from the following entities over the Internet: any Lac du Flambeau tribal entity; any entity of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians; Sky Trail Cash; Quick Help Loans; Greenline Loans, Loan At Last; Lakeshore Loans; Cash Aisle; Niibin; Niizhwaaswi; Ningodwaaswi; Waawaatesi; Giizis.

If you resided in Illinois or Indiana when you obtained the loans it is possible that you may do better suing on your own.  The statutory damages in Illinois and Indiana are large:  Illinois provides for twice the interest, whether or not paid; Indiana provides for ten times any excess interest (above the maximum rate, which is not more than 36%) paid.

We will need copies of your notice and loan documents.  If you have a good claim for statutory damages, we would take it on a contingency.  If we do take your case, you would need to  opt out of the settlement by the time specified in the notice you are being sent  --  October 29, 2024 in at least some cases.
