Protecting the Rights of Consumers For Over 25 Years

Public Act 100-922, effective Jan. 1, 2019, adds to the list of property exempt from judgment  moneys held in educational expense accounts and similar types of educational savings accounts, including, but not limited to, funds invested in an ABLE Account and funds invested in a 529 Plan.
